Ohio Certified Inspections is a family-owned and operated company proudly serving the Dayton and Miami Valley region since April 2015. Founded locally, our company is built on a commitment to integrity, thoroughness, and treating every home as if it were our own.
Cindi, Craig, & Karl
Our lead inspector, Craig Grossman, is an ASHI-Certified Inspector (ACI) with over 20 years of experience in residential trades, construction, and project management. He holds licenses in home inspection, termite (WDI) inspection, and radon testing, and maintains advanced certifications in residential thermography, water quality testing and air quality testing.
Karl Grossman is a state-licensed home and termite inspector, an FAA-certified drone operator, and holds certifications in residential thermography, air quality testing and water quality testing. He is also certified through ASHI and InterNACHI.
Cindi Grossman serves as our office administrator, managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and customer service. She is state-licensed in radon testing and termite inspection and is also certified in air quality and water quality testing.
