Ohio Certified Home was absolutely fantastic to work with. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and extremely easy to communicate with. Because I’m in the military, I wasn’t able to be present in person for the inspection—but they went above and beyond to make sure I was fully informed every step of the way.

The inspection itself was extremely detailed and thorough, and the report included plenty of clear, high-quality pictures that made it easy to understand the condition of the home from a distance. Every finding was well-documented and explained in a way that actually made sense, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process.

They truly took the time to ensure the house was good to go and didn’t rush through anything. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things right provided huge peace of mind, especially since I couldn’t be there in person.

Craig and Karl were very professional and thorough. When we arrived at the property they had everything prepared for us to review and explained each portion of the inspection so we understood all the important items they discovered. Their equipment was top of the line and they found many issues with the property that others might not have noticed. We were provided with high quality drone pictures of the roof, photos of all issues with the property (inside, outside, and attic), a video of the water main line via drain snake, and even a radon test. I hired Ohio Certified Home and Termite Inspections for a home inspection on a property I was buying in the Dayton area, and Craig Grossman (with his son Carol assisting) was fantastic.
